Making Reservations at Evergreen Lodge Family Resort
RESERVATION TIME IS HERE FOR 2024!
2024 marks our 67th year at Evergreen. We'd be pleased to share our lodge with you!
INVASIVE SPECIES:
We no longer have an outside watercraft inspector on Saturday afternoons, but will do inspections ourselves if necessary. Zebra Mussels have now been found in a lake five miles away! If you are uncertain whether your boat is clean, there is a "No Charge Decontamination Station" in Park Rapids. PLEASE BE SURE YOUR BOAT IS CLEAN BEFORE LAUNCHING!
Evergreen carries no reservations from year to year. Our annual mailing is sent in the first part of December and includes rates and reservation form.
Reservation requests for TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS or a week or more in a HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE CABIN take preference and may be booked from December 15th through December 31st.
All other requests may be sent any time after January 1st. In case of duplicate requests, long-time repeating guests will get preference.
No reservation is considered final until a DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND ACKNOWLEDGED at the following rates, per week:
2 bedroom - $200/wk 4 bedroom - $400/wk
3 bedroom - $300/wk Weekend Rental - $50/unit
RESERVATIONS BEGIN AND END ON SATURDAYS ONLY, during the main season. Check-in Time: 4 p.m. Check-out Time: 9:00 a.m.
TO FACILITATE CHECK-OUT, PLEASE SETTLE BILLS ON FRIDAY.
PAYMENT may be made with cash, personal check or travelers checks. We DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
Cribs & High Chairs
For guaranteed availability, please reserve cribs and high chair rentals IN ADVANCE.
CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-rent the unit. Early notice will facilitate re-rental. If the unit is re-rented at the regular rate, your deposit will be returned, minus $25 service charge.
