Cabin Rates - Boat & Motor Rental

CABIN RENTAL

Cabin rental rates are a set flat fee per cabin, but with maximum occupancy number.

All the cabins rent on FULL WEEK'S BASIS ONLY from mid-June to late August. Daily rates are available early and late in the season at 1/5 the weekly rate. MINIMUM RENTAL: 3 nights minimum.
Memorial weekend reservations taken after April 1st, Labor Day after August 15th.

No reservation is considered final until a DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED AND ACKNOWLEDGED at the following rates:
2-bedroom - $200/wk, 3 bedroom - $300/wk, 4 bedroom - $400/wk, Weekend Rental - $50/unit

RESERVATIONS BEGIN AND END ON SATURDAYS ONLY, during the main season. Check-in Time: 4 p.m.; Check-out Time, 9:00 a.m.
TO FACILITATE CHECK-OUT, PLEASE SETTLE BILLS ON FRIDAY. PAYMENT may be made with cash, personal check or travelers checks. We DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

CANCELLATIONS

In case of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-rent the unit. Early notice will help facilitate re-rental. If the unit is re-rented at the regular rate, your deposit will be returned, minus $25 service charge.

BOAT & MOTOR RENTAL

$30.00 per hour - 2 hour minimum
